The rainy weather may have kept us off the beach but didn't stop all the action. The event started at 3 PM on Pier 11 with a blessing of the fleet ceremony. A big THANK YOU goes out to Ed Evans of the 1st Presbyterian Church, Centralia, IL who officiated the service.
After
the
blessing
of
the
fleet,
the
band
"The
Intention"
rocked
the
dock
with
great
music.
A
big
spread
of
BBQ
and
delicious
side
dishes
from CYC
members
help
top
off
the
day.
